Which B-plate to buy?

Seems there's two types?

A 'low' B plate and a standard b-plate. What's the difference?
Mine's an RTR, but I have an upgraded +3mm gold chassis sitting on the side I bought. Which one will fit the +3mm chassis? I'm confused..=/
